Terms of service

The terms that apply when you use Mailnib.

About these terms

These terms cover your use of Mailnib, the email design service at this address. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use Mailnib for an organisation, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.

Your account

  • Keep your sign-in details private and tell us at support@mailbuilder.com if you think someone else has used your account.
  • You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including the work of people you invite.
  • You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live.

What the service does

Mailnib lets you design emails, preview them and export them as files. It does not send campaigns. You send exported emails with a platform of your choice, under that platform's own terms.

Your content

The designs, images and text you add remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only so that we can run the service for you. You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload.

Acceptable use

Do not use Mailnib to create unlawful content, to infringe anyone's rights, to distribute malware, or to send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period. Prices and limits are shown on the pricing page. If a payment fails or you move to a smaller plan, your workspace may become read only until you are back within your plan. We do not delete your designs for this reason.

Changes and ending the service

We may update the service and these terms. When a change matters, we will tell you before it takes effect. You can stop using the service at any time. We may end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by a sending platform or an inbox provider. Nothing here limits rights you have that the law does not allow us to limit.
